Our process

.
Achieving growth isn’t always about inventing the new, as this may take too long to deliver value. For short-term growth we look within your business to consider the assets and resources within your remit with the aim of re-purposing the existing.

We focus our process on your customer ecosystem including customer experiences, interactions, environments and channels of engagement.  We also consider your overall customer propositions, your systems and your people. These are the areas where you can gain maximum benefit in the shortest timeframes.

Define

IDENTIFY
the issue
DEFINE
parameters

We work with you to identify the ‘killer question’ and to define all constraints and what ideal outcomes will look like.

During this phase we review any relevant research to uncover interesting and useful insights.

Explore

DECONSTRUCT
into elements
EXPLORE
opportunities

The killer question is deconstructed into a series of sub-elements, which our creative process uses to generate a large number of initial solutions.

We work collaboratively with the client’s wider team to workshop these initial solutions.

Design

SYNTHESISE
the solution
DESIGN
the outputs

These solutions are clustered and re-clustered many times to yield interesting growth opportunities.

These raw opportunities are shaped to produce 8 – 10 growth propositions which are presented in a final debriefing session.
